Start with a €49 deposit
In return, we'll hold your place on the programme - instead of giving it to someone who's a far worse s'more maker than you. Imagine. And once you've sent us your application (which should be within 21 days of your booking date), we'll call you to set up an interview.
Add a second installment of €250
Once you've been given the thumbs up, the green light or whatever mode of acceptance works for you, you've got 7 days to show us the money. (We mean that in the kindest possible sense.) The good news is that you can pay directly via your tracking account. Yay!
A reminder for the remainder
When we've received your second payment, we'll be able to process your paperwork and get your application out to our camps. So make sure you don't snooze through any calls that could be life-changing! Your final payment is due within 5 weeks of booking onto the programme.
Any other costs?
Just a few. The following points are not covered by your programme fee, but they are necessary to get before you arrive.
US Embassy interview fee: $160
Medical: Ask your local GP
Police check: Free at your local Garda station. (Fair play to ya, Guard.)
You might also want to invest in things like SIM cards, luggage tags and giant teddy bears to keep you warm at night – but that’s your call.
